Challenge
To expand its market reach, Australia Post commissioned an ecommerce store. It had to be accessible to all kinds of visitors, supported by an intuitive content management system, and integrated with the organisation's existing inventory and fulfilment systems.
Results
The Australia Post Shop was developed to suit Post's unique product range. Stock levels are continually synchronised with the warehouse, and customer records with support channels, to ensure reliable delivery — a cornerstone of the Australia Post brand.
