Wave Digital developed a custom iPhone and Android V/Line app for staff to provide better business intelligence and replace a paper-based system. V/Line had been conducting paper-based user experience surveys among their staff. The effort to transcribe the results and report on findings was labour intensive and prone to human error. V/Line knew that by developing a first-class internal app, they would improve the uptake of staff completing the survey, reduce double handling and gather better and faster analytics. Wave developed the app natively for iPhone and Android, optimising for mobile and tablet users, with a custom backend feature to allow for easy data extraction.
