Map Coffee eCommerce

We worked with Tata Global Beverages to define Map Coffee’s digital strategy, enhance their customer experience and completely rebuild the underlying Map Coffee eCommerce architecture. We used open source software, an agile design process and a flexible development model to extend and enhance the digital eco-system of one of Melbourne’s most established coffee brands. Map Coffee’s new go-to-market activities included product development, new premium machine ranges, rewards programs for major Australian financial institutions, rebate programs and exclusive coffee club deal sites.

Wave worked with a team of marketing professionals who were heavily engaged in an innovative and stylish rebranding process. Multiple agencies fed into a creative process, which resolved to a professional, flexible and consistent visual outcome. Map’s core eCommerce technology was getting close to breaking point. By rebuilding from the ground up, Wave was able to cut the time dedicated to technical support, reducing cost and enabling continued extensibility.
